WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICIES
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
I will warranty a Quest Custom knife for the lifetime of the original purchaser of the knife. Lifetime warranty constitutes that I am physically capable of being able to still build and repair knives. Warranty details are listed below. If the knife cannot be repaired then it will be replaced with a current knife design that is as equal in value, materials, and workmanship
WHAT THE LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERS
Functional mechanics of the knife which include lock mechanism, bearings, screws, pocketclips and threaded holes in the knife.
WHAT THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
The warranty does not cover cosmetic blemishes to outer or inner surfaces do to everyday wear and tear. If you would like your knife refinished cosmetically please email for a quote. Refinishing anodized or stonewashed surfaces can be done for a small fee.
The warranty does not cover damaged caused if knife is used as a prybar or screwdriver. The knife is to be used for cutting not as a mechanics tool.
The warranty is only valid to original purchaser of the knife, If the knife has been resold, gifted or traded the warranty is no longer valid.
Hey stuff happens, if something has happened while your knife was under abuse let us know. If something needs to be fixed or replaced that isn't under warranty, then drop us an email for quotes and leadtime to fix your knife.
RESHARPENING FEES
Its obvious to most that a knife cannot have a warranty on sharpening. I am however happy to resharpen any of my custom knives for a $25 fee. This fee includes cost to sharpen knife and return ship. I use a Wicked Edge sharpening system on all custom knives. In my eyes there is no better system.
RETURN POLICY FOR STANDARD CUSTOM KNIVES
The original purchaser has a full 30 days to return a standard custom knife for a full 100% refund. Standard custom knife means the knives displayed on this website with a buy it now paypal button. A copy of the original receipt must accompany the returned knife from original purchasers of knife. The knife must be unused, unscratched and undamaged to be eligible for a full refund.
RETURN POLICY FOR FULL CUSTOM KNIVES
If the knife is made of custom materials like Damascus steel, timascus handles or custom andodized or engraved handles then the original purchasers will only be refunded the final 50% payment of custom knife, not the original upfront 50% deposit which has been used to purchase special materials.

Quest 4 Innovation, LLC is not responsible for the products once they leave the shop. This includes shipping issues, stolen goods, or damaged products. Consult your applicable local, city, state and federal laws before purchasing if you are in doubt of the legal ramifications of purchasing and possession of knives/blades/tools. The purchase, use, possession and ownership of knives/blades/tools are subject to a wide variety of local, city, state and federal laws and regulations. Certain knife styles, blade designs, and blade lengths are not allowed in particular jurisdictions.
Knives/blades/tools may not be permitted in government buildings or on government property (e.g., court houses, state and federal offices, national museums, and airports, among others). Government officials and Law Enforcement Officers may take the position that knives/blades are not tools under applicable laws, and they can be subject to confiscation. Due to the complexity and constantly changing nature of these laws and regulations, it is impossible for Quest 4 Innovation, LLC to be aware of every restriction in every jurisdiction in which our knives or products may be sold or carried. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of and comply with all applicable laws and regulations that apply in the buyer’s particular jurisdiction. The buyer is solely responsible for any civil, criminal and/or administrative claims resulting from any and all violations of these laws and regulations.
